Our storefront in Beaver is the face of our business. We pride ourselves on quality customer engagement, outstanding florals, and eye-catching hand-curated goods. Our store associates are the backbone that keeps our operations in check. We are looking for someone with previous floral experience, an understanding of basic operation processes, and a willingness to learn. Some duties include but are not limited to:

• Engaging with customers via in-person and phone
• Taking and organizing orders
• Creating beautiful floral pieces
• Keeping a tidy shop and workplace
• Caring for various plants and cut stems
• Receiving and processing floral deliveries
• And more

Our farm hand position is responsible for learning and executing our farming practices that we have developed over years of experience. You must be open minded and ready to learn as we will continually provide feedback and direction. This position is fully outdoors, you must be willing to work in all conditions. Some duties include but are not limited to:

• seed starting
• preparing soil for planting
• taking care of young plants
• planting
• watering and fertilizing
• scanning for pests and disease
• preparing for harvesting
• harvesting a bunching
• gathering and putting together orders
